Description
Katniss Everdeen,the mockingjay , the girl on fire and the start of a revolution. Jennifer Lawrence did a great job portraying her in the movie version of Hunger games and I'm quite excited to see how she portrays Katniss's struggle in the sequel, Catching fire. Katniss is a girl in a dystopic society who has to take care of the household after her father's demise. Her luck then completely ran out when her sister Primrose Everdeen was chosen as a tribute. She volunteered in her stead , changing her life forever. Although she competes against tributes who have been training for the hunger games from a young age, she holds her ground and helps Peeta as well. I admire her strength and her resolve to survive and return to District 12. I'm not going to spoil more as I'm sure there are some of you who haven't read the books but want to watch the next movie.
